Description: The goals of this webinar are for participants to leave with the knowledge and ability to utilize the Self-study guide for evidence-based practices in adult literacy education tool in their state and local settings.

Participants will receive an overview the components of the self-study guide tool, consider how to implement the tool with their peers, and reflect upon their experience and discuss application of the tool.

Research Alliance: Florida Career Readiness Research Alliance

Audience: The primary audience for the event is adult educators in both teacher and administrative roles. The tool being shared was designed to be used by this audience, and the structure of the event will allow the audience to understand how to use the guide, ask the authors questions, and consider how to use this tool in their own settings.
